Peace Day Activities For Children – Meditation With A Smile

Post image for Peace Day Activities For Children – Meditation With A Smile

This is a picture of the GENUINE mark left by the meditation jar when I was teaching children to meditate on World Peace Day! The children just thought it was “cool” – I thought it was UNREAL and FREAKY and FANTASTIC! We just picked up the jar off the floor after our short meditation and the children started laughing and saying “Look at the smiley!!”

Why was the water in the jar? We were teaching the “Great Mind in a Jar” experiment. It was part of teaching the children that in order to have peace in the world, we must first have peace in our own minds and hearts.

Want to see more SMILES in YOUR life?

Find out how you can start on your own path to experiencing more peace in your own mind. Just like the children at our school did on Peace Day! Sign in over on the right to receive my free video

That is very cool Amanda! It reminds me of the ice crystals experiment.

Yes, that is a little bit freaky but obviously a perfect universal message for the kids, and now us.
